Long time no talk. That's my fault, and I apologize. A lot has been going on in my world lately and I felt it was time to make an official statement to you of where I've been, what I've been working on (an avoiding), and what's on the horizon.
The long and the short of it is I am massively burned out. On writing, on streaming, on everything really. In November I started a new job, in December I had pneumonia, in January I re-evaluated my writing habits, and in March I starting the process of buying a house. As you can see... I've been busy. I decided in April (day 2 of Camp NaNoWriMo actually) that I was too burned out to continue without some R&R. So that's what I am doing.
I've started playing Dungeons and Dragons again, this time as the Dungeon Master and it has helped to reinvigorate my storytelling. I am planning some neat stuff with that in the coming months, and a short story from our campaign is even published on Channillo if you're interested.
The first week in June I'll be closing on a house and get this, I'll have my very own office (with a fireplace!) that I'll be setting up as a library, writing den, and twitch streaming studio. You can probably see I'm a little excited.
I have a book review due next week, but other than that, it'll be light on the blogging/reviewing until closer to the end of June. Don't think I've abandoned any of you though, just because I'm not actively blogging or writing here, doesn't mean I'm not planning.
As always, you're the reason I write, so thanks for sticking with me.
